Add pepper mixture, seasoning, 1 tablespoon vinegar and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2 to 6 hours in the cold.

Cut the onion into rings. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Prepare a baking sleeve. Tie on one side. Place pickled onions on the bottom. Place meat on top.

  • 2 onions;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
