2. Wash and peel the bell pepper. Also cut into cubes and mix with crab sticks.


3. Drain the liquid from the jar of canned beans and rinse the beans. Add it to our salad bowl.


4. Grate hard cheese on a regular grater. We also add it to the prepared ingredients.

2. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, and then cut into small cubes.


3. Wash the tomato and also cut it into small pieces.


4. Grate the cheese on a regular grater or cut into strips. We put all our ingredients in a salad bowl.

Cooking:

1. When all the ingredients are ready, let's start.

  • 1 bouillon cube;
  • 150 grams of crab meat;

For a salad with boiled beans you need:

  • 80 grams of rabbit fillet;
  • 50 grams of oyster mushrooms;
  • 30 grams of dry beans;
  • 50 ml olive oil;
  • 5 ml red wine vinegar;
  • 30 grams of bell peppers;
  • 1 bunch of greens;
  • 20 grams of nuts.

Boiled red bean salad:

  1. If you have meat on the bone, then first of all you need to wash it and dry it. Then cut off the fillet. Cut into small equal pieces.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and separate them into segments.
  3. Heat a frying pan with half the oil and fry the rabbit meat in it until half cooked.

  • 500 grams of lamb;
  • 200 grams of peppers;
  • 100 grams of boiled beans;
  • 5 ml mustard;
  • 2 grams of lemon pepper;
  • 2 grams of salt;
  • 5 ml vinegar;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 5 ml lemon juice;
  • 5+40 ml olive oil.

Boiled bean salad recipe:

  1. Rinse the meat, remove films and veins. Trim off excess fat if desired.
  2. Cut the lamb into cubes.
  3. Peel the garlic and put it through a press.
  4. In a bowl, combine olive oil (5 ml), lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, mustard, lemon pepper, salt and garlic.
  5. Combine all ingredients, stirring the mixture and roll the lamb in it.
  6. Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator to marinate for four hours.
  7. Wash the sprigs of mint and parsley and pick off only the leaves (greens).
  8. Now refueling. Pour lemon juice and olive oil into a blender bowl. Season with black pepper and salt and beat until smooth/sauce-like.

  2. Soak the beans for at least six hours in advance. As soon as you start preparing the salad, drain the water, rinse the beans and place on the stove for an hour. After cooking, drain the boiling water and cool the product.
  3. Wash the chicken fillet, remove skin if any. Cut off films, veins, and fat.
  4. Season the meat with pepper and salt, sprinkle it with half the olive oil and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Cool the finished chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
  6. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Place the leaves on the bottom of the dish and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  7. In a salad bowl, combine chicken, cooked beans, and tomatoes.
  8. Dress the salad with olive oil and serve to guests.
