How to cope with exacerbations of gastrointestinal diseases after the holidays? Chronic pancreatitis: diet during exacerbation and after Diet after exacerbation of pancreatitis

Pancreatitis is an inflammatory process in the pancreas. This disease occurs in people who love alcohol, fatty foods, spicy, salty and fried foods. Excessive consumption of food can disrupt the functionality of the digestive system and manifest itself in vomiting attacks, painful sensations in the right side of the abdomen under the ribs, diarrhea and flatulence. Treatment, however, like symptoms, directly depends on the course of the disease. Therapy includes taking medications and following a proper diet. Diet during exacerbation of pancreatitis is the main component of the course of treatment, which should be followed impeccably.

Compliance with a special diet is necessary for the normal course of the treatment of intestinal diseases.

Meals on the first day

The diet for exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis is the most strict. Since during this period the patient experiences severe pain, nausea, vomiting, stool disorders and painful gas formation, the patient should be provided with complete rest for the pancreas.

Eating during an exacerbation of the disease is prohibited; food for the patient is water. The duration of the drinking diet is three days while the patient is undergoing drug therapy. If such a diet should be extended, then the patient is given an intravenous solution of vitamins and glucose.

Diet in the early period of exacerbation

The pancreas, in which the inflammatory process has developed, needs a strict diet, but the diet gradually expands as the patient’s well-being improves. Just a few days after the exacerbation, the patient is allowed a larger range of products, but it is still important to adhere to the rules:

  • It is not allowed to eat meat and fish, especially fried ones;
  • the diet should consist of cereals, vegetable purees, compotes, jelly;
  • In terms of thickness, the dishes should be semi-liquid and have a uniform consistency;
  • Ready-made meals should not be consumed hot or too cold, the temperature should be pleasantly warm;
  • the number of meals should reach five or even six times, meals should be fractional so as not to overload the stomach.

If the patient’s condition gradually returns to normal, the table expands and already includes light vegetable soups, liquid porridge crushed in a blender, vegetarian purees and juices. You can use this diet already on the fourth day after your condition improves. Meals during exacerbation of pancreatitis should consist of dishes with a liquid consistency, cooked in a double boiler or slow cooker and grated through a fine strainer or crushed in a blender.

One day menu (approximate), which can be offered to the patient on the fourth day of pancreatitis:

  • breakfast No. 1 - rice porridge without butter, weak tea;
  • breakfast No. 2 - fruit jelly, still mineral water;
  • lunch - soup with oatmeal, meat soufflé cooked in a slow cooker, vegetable puree and weak tea;
  • afternoon snack - steamed egg white omelette, rosehip broth;
  • dinner - buckwheat porridge, without adding butter, curd mass;
  • before bed - crackers with fruit jelly.

To prevent exacerbations from occurring again, it is important to adhere to the diet and recommendations of your doctor.

Diet after exacerbation of pancreatitis

When an exacerbation gradually subsides in a patient with pancreatitis, improvement occurs closer to the second week, the patient is allowed to expand the diet to the maximum, but subject to the rules that apply for inflammation of the digestive system.

Thus, in order to avoid repeated exacerbations and not worsen the condition, the patient should take care of his diet and make it small and frequent, the number of meals can be up to seven. However, it is important to consider that each meal should not place a heavy burden on the digestive organs; the patient should still feel hungry after eating.

After an exacerbation, it is allowed to include protein in the diet, this can be meat, always a low-fat variety, fermented milk products and fish. The patient's improved condition allows him to consume vegetable oil. But it is prohibited to include spicy foods, canned food, carbonated drinks, alcohol and pickles in the diet. Cooking should be done by steaming or in the oven; food can be boiled and stewed.

It is still premature to talk about providing assistance to Belgrade after the situation in Kosovo worsens.

“First, negotiations must take place [between the parties],” Peskov said in a conversation with the radio station "Moscow speaks" .

Earlier on Sunday, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he was going to ask Russian President Vladimir Putin for support on the “Kosovo problem.” In a few days, Vucic is going to meet with Putin and discuss with him the current situation in the region, reports NSN .

So far, there is no talk of military support from Russia, the Serbian president added.

The day before, on Saturday, September 29, the Serbian Armed Forces were put on full combat readiness by order. The order was transmitted to the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army. This step on the part of Belgrade was caused by the actions of Kosovo police on the administrative border of Serbia and the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija. According to local television, 60 Kosovo police special forces occupied the Ecology and Sports Center near Lake Gazivoda, which supplies water to the Gazivoda hydroelectric power station.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci came to the seized reservoir and took a photo on the shore. Hashim Thaci also personally drove a police boat when going around the reservoir.

At the same time, Kosovo security forces detained “Serbs who had not committed any offenses.” Serbian special forces units were also put on alert.

After this, Kosovo security forces left the area of Lake Gazivod. There were no wounded or detained among Serb civilians, noted in Belgrade. But the Serbs blocked the approaches to the reservoir for the Kosovars, and forces providing a peacekeeping mission in the region arrived at Gazivoda. The situation remains very tense.

According to the Serbian Ambassador to Russia Slavenko Terzic, the provocative actions of the Kosovo special forces are proof of Pristina’s reluctance to pursue a peaceful resolution to the long-standing feud.

“This was a very serious provocation and aggression against the Gazivode hydroelectric station and Lake Gazivode. It seems to me that this serious provocation shows that Pristina is not ready for a peaceful resolution of the conflict. Serbia is very interested in this, the country’s leadership is doing everything so that people live in peace,” the Serbian diplomat emphasized.

The power structures of the European Union responded to the conflict. The anonymous official said that “the EU takes such reports seriously and is in close contact with all relevant parties,” reports . According to him, they maintain contacts with representatives of Kosovo, including locally. He also stressed that Brussels is counting on a calm and restrained reaction from all parties.

Russia and Serbia are long-time friends, cooperating not only in the sphere of politics and economics, but also in the military field. Earlier, the Department of Information and Mass Communications stated that the Russian Aerospace Forces and the Serbian Air Force and Air Defense will conduct joint tactical flight exercises “BARS-2018” on Serbian territory. According to the agency, the exercises will take place from October 1 to October 5.

As noted, joint Russian-Serbian crews of fighter and army aviation will take part in the event. At the same time, as part of the exercises, pilots will intercept air targets and carry out elements of air combat.

Kosovo, however, is already familiar with the Russian Armed Forces - in 1999, Russian airborne units made the famous forced march to Pristina, occupying a strategically important airport before NATO troops. This was done by order of the then President of the Russian Federation “to indicate Russia’s presence in world politics, as well as to ensure its geopolitical interests in the Balkan region.”

When do you have to change your diet? Most often we think about this when something is already wrong in our body: excess weight, metabolic disorders, chronic diseases. Diet during an exacerbation of pancreatitis is simply necessary, because without it it is almost impossible to recover from the disease.

If pancreatitis develops, the diet is prescribed for at least 1 year. During this period of time, the patient provides the opportunity for his digestive system to recover and adjust to normal functioning.

As for the acute period of the disease itself, in the initial two to three days of exacerbation, food consumption is completely prohibited. In the acute period, it is extremely important to create maximum rest for the digestive system, and, in particular, for the pancreas. This time should be used to stabilize metabolic disorders and normalize the production of digestive enzymes.

Let us repeat that you should not eat food in the first days. If the patient is thirsty, you can quench your thirst with a small amount of alkaline still water: Borjomi, Polyana Kvasova, Luzhanskaya, etc. Alkaline water can suppress the secretion of gastric juice, which will allow the pancreas to rest.

In the following days, depending on the patient’s condition, it is allowed to drink more and more, gradually moving to liquid and semi-liquid gentle food.

Diet for exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis

In case of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, a carbohydrate-protein diet is usually prescribed. Fats in the diet should be limited: they place a greater burden on the pancreas and gallbladder. Only a small amount of vegetable oil is allowed.

Thanks to protein foods, damaged pancreatic tissue is restored. Carbohydrates are not prohibited, however, if there is a suspicion of the development of diabetes, then easily digestible carbohydrates are not recommended (simple sugars, jam, sweets).

Vitamins are of great importance in restoring the digestive system and strengthening the immune system: vitamin A, C, bioflavonoids and group B.

Daily salt intake should be sharply limited (to relieve swelling of the inflamed gland) for at least 2-3 weeks.

It is necessary to establish calcium intake into the body, which can strengthen vascular walls and reduce their permeability.

In case of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, you should switch to liquid and pureed food, which is served warm, without salt, spices and seasonings. At first, pureed soups, non-acidic kefir, liquid cereal porridges with water (oatmeal, rice, semolina), vegetable purees, whipped low-fat cottage cheese, and weak tea without sugar are allowed.

Over time, the menu expands: egg whites, jelly, low-fat steamed meat and fish dishes, and white toasted bread are added.

You need to eat in small portions to prevent overeating. It is optimal to eat up to 6 times a day.

Fried foods, smoked, salted, pickled, canned foods, as well as fatty meat and lard, fatty sour cream, alcohol, and baked goods are prohibited.

Diet recipes for exacerbation of pancreatitis

  • Potato balls with chicken

We will need: potatoes, chicken breast, carrots, herbs, onions, vegetable oil.

Boil the chicken breast and pass it through a meat grinder or blender along with boiled carrots and a small onion.

Boil the potatoes and turn them into puree. We form a circle from the puree, put some minced meat into it, and make a ball. Place the resulting balls in the freezer for half an hour.

Place the frozen balls in a steamer or oven. If we bake in the oven, then the balls should be placed in a mold previously greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 220°C. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.

  • Pearl barley garnish

We will need: a little vegetable oil, one carrot, one onion, water (about 0.5 l), pearl barley - ½ cup, one tomato.

Pour water into the pearl barley and cook for 45 minutes from the moment of boiling. After this, drain the excess water, add a drop of olive oil, and leave it covered.

Simmer the chopped onion with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add grated carrots, finely chopped tomato, and simmer for about ten minutes over low heat under the lid.

Pass the barley through a blender, add the stewed vegetables, mix and leave covered for another 5-6 minutes.

  • Homemade boiled sausage

Let's take: 700 g of chicken breast, 300 ml of sour cream, 3 egg whites, a little salt, and herbs if desired.

Chop the raw breast and pass through a blender until mushy. Add protein, a little salt, and greens if desired.

Pour chilled sour cream into the resulting mass and knead.

Separate a third of the minced meat onto cling film and form a sausage, pulling the edges together with a thread. Thus, we should have three sausages.

Diet during exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis allows you not only to get rid of the unpleasant symptoms associated with it, but also to improve the process of drug therapy.

Diet for symptoms of exacerbation

Exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis is accompanied by such signs as:

  • sudden and sharp pain in the right and left hypochondrium, intensifying after eating;
  • bloating;
  • loose, gray-dirty stools;
  • nausea;
  • frequent painful vomiting;
  • increased body temperature;

In the first couple of days, during an exacerbation of pancreatitis, the patient is recommended to rest completely and abstain from eating. During this period, only drinking mineral still water or weak tea at room temperature is allowed in a volume of no more than 1.5 liters per day.

The diet in the following days should be aimed at reducing the load on the pancreas as much as possible. Such a gentle regime can only be created by products that do not contain fats, as well as hard or rough texture, which makes it possible to eliminate not only mechanical, but also chemical irritation of the stomach. The fundamental components of the diet for the treatment of chronic pancreatitis is the consumption of easily digestible proteins of animal origin, while it is advisable to reduce the intake of carbohydrates and eliminate fats.

Diet during treatment

The diet in the first few days after an exacerbation of pancreatitis involves taking the following foods and dishes:

  • pureed soups from various cereals, with the exception of millet, cooked in vegetable broth or simply in water;
  • cream soups from boiled meat or fish;
  • steamed cutlets or dumplings from lean fish, lean meat and poultry, trimmed of skin, fat and tendons;
  • semi-viscous and liquid porridges in water from buckwheat, oatmeal, semolina and rice;
  • soft-boiled eggs and egg white omelet;
  • milk and butter only in dishes;
  • steam puddings from calcined unleavened cottage cheese;
  • mild cheese;
  • mashed potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and baked apples;
  • jellies, jelly, compotes based on dry and fresh fruits;
  • still mineral water, weak tea and rosehip decoction.

During this period, it is mandatory to limit salt intake and adhere to a diet that involves eating warm food in limited portions with an interval of 3-4 hours.

5-7 days after the onset of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, nutrition should be based on a gentle version of diets No. 5 or No. 5p, which involves pureed foods. These restrictions must be observed for 3-4 weeks until the symptoms of the disease completely disappear and the patient’s condition improves, after which, in agreement with the doctor and within the time period specified by him, wiping food can be abandoned. The basic diet during this period should be basic diet No. 5.

Sample menu for exacerbation

The menu for a patient on the 3-4th day of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis can be of two options.

First option:

  • 1st breakfast: protein omelet, pureed oatmeal without oil, weakly brewed unsweetened tea.
  • 2nd breakfast: fresh cottage cheese, milk.
  • Lunch: buckwheat soup, boiled beef stew, fruit jelly.
  • Dinner: steamed chicken cutlets; zucchini puree, 200 ml rosehip decoction.
  • Before bed: 1 glass of kefir.

Second option:

  • 1st breakfast: liquid semolina porridge, 200 ml of rosehip decoction.
  • 2nd breakfast: apple jelly, 1 glass of mineral water.
  • Lunch: oatmeal soup, steamed fish cutlets, carrot puree, weak unsweetened tea.
  • Dinner: cottage cheese soufflé, pureed buckwheat porridge cooked in water, not containing oil.
  • Before bed: 1 glass of fruit juice jelly.

At the same time, the consumption of 15-20 grams of sugar and 30 grams of crackers is allowed throughout the day. All products are prepared without salt; you can add salt to ready-made dishes.

List of prohibited products

During the period of exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, the diet involves a categorical refusal of such products as:

  • strong and rich broths from meat and fish;
  • fatty, spicy, salty, smoked, pickled and fried foods;
  • beans, beans, peas;
  • onions, garlic, mushrooms, radishes, spinach;
  • grapes, dates, figs;
  • sausages, frankfurters, small sausages;
  • canned food;
  • raw and fried eggs;
  • fatty cottage cheese;
  • fish roe;
  • jam, chocolate, ice cream;
  • fresh baked goods, as well as baked goods;
  • sauces and mayonnaise;
  • carbonated drinks;
  • coffee and strong tea;
  • beer and strong alcohol.

Following dietary recommendations in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis will minimize the manifestations of the disease. Considering that the restoration of pancreatic function occurs quite slowly, a gentle diet should be maintained for 4-7 weeks.

It will be possible to introduce some foods excluded from the diet gradually, with extreme caution, and only if the patient’s condition steadily improves after consultation with the attending physician. During the period of stable remission, there is no longer a need to so strictly spare the stomach, however, one should not forget about the list of prohibited foods in order to avoid provoking new exacerbations.

The importance of dieting

After each exacerbation, a connecting scar remains in the pancreas at the site of the inflammatory focus. The size of normally functioning glandular tissue decreases each time, and the subsequent decrease in the production of enzymes and hormones leads to disruption of digestive processes.

Because of this, a factor such as diet is one of the main ones in the complex treatment of acute and chronic pancreatitis. If it is violated, it will be practically impossible to achieve compensation for the disease.

“Why is there an exacerbation diseases or new diseases appear after working through emotional blocks(feelings of guilt, fear, shame, etc.)????

After all, energy is released, and it flows more freely in the body. In addition, the emotional background becomes joyful.”

Also in this snippet:

  • Consequences of the November 11th reboot in technical terms,
  • Return of people and situations from the past,
  • Why can physical condition worsen after working with energies or releasing emotions?
  • Why do emergency situations arise during eclipses, equinoxes and the opening of portals...

Listen to the audio recording

Why do diseases worsen?

It has been correctly noted that when emotional blocks are released and cleared energy begins to move.

Let's focus on this.

In general, I believe that if any situation, any problem is decomposed into the level of interaction of energies, the answer is found very quickly, the picture becomes obvious.

Let's imagine a hose, a garden hose, through which water flows sluggishly. And then you increase the pressure, what happens to the hose?

- It's torn.

No. It tenses up and begins to vibrate. He stretches to the maximum, and then almost jumps, because the pressure is very strong.

Firstly, it’s hard for the physical body when the flow starts en masse.

Now imagine this tense, vibrating hose, and then someone’s big paw, an orc, for example, steps on it and squeezes it. What will happen?

The water runs under high pressure, and then we pinch the hose. And then we let go. Have you provided a picture?

It's the same here. No matter what you and I do, if there are blocks (in particular, we are talking about the movement of energy, which means energy blocks)…

When we first clear them and the flow of energy begins to move, what does it do? He lifts everything he can reach. All the blocks, all the clamps, all the obstacles he trying to get out of his way. Therefore, the aggravation begins.

In my opinion, we have such a word in the clinical history of diseases - relapse. This is where it also begins, but only an “energy relapse.” Do you understand?

Safety precautions during the period of transformation.

The principle at work here is one step at a time. We worked on something and the flow of energy began. It brings with it the opening of new layers. There was more flow, the pressure increased. This means that he can knock out something that he hasn’t knocked out before, some kind of obstacle.

And everything connected with our energy manifests itself in physics. All the sores.

When, for example, a chakra is depleted, there is a constant lack of energy, and a chakra is not an artificial formation, it is connected directly to our endocrine system, to your glands... There is a constant lack of energy.

As a result, it happens physical illness. Any chronic disease is energy depletion.

Therefore, they say - pay attention to your energy state, monitor what is happening, make diagnostics, work on it. To have a more or less even state.

And then, if suddenly this block appears somewhere, you feel it physically.

We offer several questions that will allow you to assess your energy potential.

Suddenly, out of the blue, for example, the lower abdomen begins to pull - problems with the second center.

Who, by the way, has noticed this in themselves, when such urges begin out of the blue? If you go get checked, there's nothing yet. But this is already a harbinger, the body is telling you.

At the body there is a tool which you will definitely understand: this pain.

Usually starts with pain. Since there was pain, they missed it and took a pill. The second time I missed the pain, took a pill, and everything seemed to relax. And then the actual physical exacerbation of the disease begins.

Because your body sent signals to you, and you sent them to it didn't listen.

Therefore, when questions arise, specifically related to any cleansing issues, try to attach this picture: From an energy point of view, what is happening?

Find the most understandable metaphor. In this case - with a hose - everything becomes transparent.

Or a river is flowing, there is a stone. If a stone lies on top and is powerful, it will simply blow it away. This is how it happens.

Learn how to help yourself when transformation affects the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

That’s why there are rush times during the opening of portals, eclipses, and equinoxes. Because at this moment a large flow of energy is pouring from above.

Now there is also a powerful flow, it is connected with other processes, in particular, with the Sun. There was a polarity reversal on the Sun, and now there are very powerful solar flares. And no matter how much the Earth’s magnetic field protects us, so that all this bypasses us, some of it breaks through, we feel it.

Fortunately, we have a protective field in front of the atmosphere that does not allow us to feel everything. Otherwise, many people would already be lying down.

If you've had a headache lately, it's due to this.
