Set the bread machine mode to “Dough” (I use 1 hour 30 minutes). You need to keep an eye on the dough ball; you may need a little more flour. The dough should be soft, but not sticky.

Knead the dough prepared in the bread machine a little and divide into 12 parts (each part is approximately 100 grams), roll into balls. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment, a short distance from each other.

Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
